My name's Emily. I used to be 224lbs and I lost about 90lbs over the space of a few years.
I don't have an ideal weight or goal weight. I want to be strong, lean and healthy. If that means my weight increases, then that's fine. Exercise and diet are so important in looking after yourself and your body deserves the best you can give it. People spend a lot of time and money on their pets, cars, homes etc. and yet they don't on their own bodies. I'm going to start treating my body well because I deserve it. I am happier than I've ever been. I'm looking at changing my body as improving things to make something good even better!
