That would be possible, it’s about 1.5 lbs a week which you could do. It’s just that if you lost the 11lbs you wouldn’t be a healthy weight. I checked the BMI with that and you’re currently near the lower end of healthy but with 11lbs weight loss you’d be ‘underweight’. Be careful please. Work on toning up bits you think are wobbly because weight wise, you don’t need to lose any xxx

Yeah you’re doing great just eat a bit more carbs at breakfast and with your lunch. 3 rice cakes or something would be good, just because you need the energy before/after your workout! Have something chicken and steamed veg for dinner and you’re well on your way! Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and eating whenever you’re hungry… rice cakes, carrots, apples etc are great to eat just when you need an energy fix. At the moment your weight is good though, so maybe try not to burn too much fat just work on toning and muscle building xxx
