Anonymous asked: Hei, I had 87 kg and I decided to make a diet, I was making the 90 days diet. I lost 20 kg, and now I have 76 kg, and I want to lose weight with working out and eating helthy, but it's sooo hard... Have you any tips for me?

First of all, well done on that weight loss! The best tip is to just keep reminding yourself why you’re doing it. If you find it hard, think is it REALLY worth it just to be healthier and fitter? If it is then keep telling yourself that! Find healthy foods that you actually enjoy so you’re not forcing yourself to eat them. Exercise in ways you find fun. Some people love running, some love swimming, some love lifting weights. You’ve got to turn this ‘diet’ into a lifestyle if you want it to have any real impact.

Anonymous asked: Hey! Just wanted to ask you how I could start a diet to lose weight and be healthy. What foods do you recommend to avoid and what foods to eat etc

I recommend foods high in protein and fiber! I think they’re the most important. Moderate the amount of carbs (potato, pasta, rice, etc.) but make sure they still make up about 25% of your diet. Lean meats and green vegetables are brilliant and so are wholegrain and raw nuts. Avoid anything sweetened, salted or cooked in too much oil. For example raw almonds are very good for you but salted/roasted almonds aren’t. Anything else? x

Anonymous asked: This is such a stupid question, but here goes! Do you have any idea of stuff i could do to keep myself busy and not bored? When i get bored i eat! Something that gets me off tumblr and my ass? Oh and btw, love the blog! You have come so far in your weightloss! xoxo

First of all drink lots of water! Then distract yourself with something like painting your nails, brushing your teeth, tidying up, going out, having a shower… not watching TV… do something that involves doing something! Or go to the gym or for a run or something. Make sure you eat often and well enough so that you’re not always hungry though!

Thank you :) xxxx

Anonymous asked: I feel anxious to go to the gym because I'm really out of shape and I feel like the fit people will judge me while I'm over there sweating like a pig after the littlest exercise

So many people say that, but you honestly shouldn’t! I talk to a lot of people at my gym and not one of them has ever said anything negative about an out of shape person for being there, that’s honest. People focus on what they’re doing, a lot of people’s eyes will be glued to the mirror because that’s the view they love the most! Just plug in some music and think about why you’re there. You’re there because you want to get fit and make yourself the best you can be, and that means you’re going to get sweaty and out of breath but so is everyone else!

Anonymous asked: Would you be able to help me with some tips I'm 182lbs and I'd like to go down to about a 140lbs, anything to help lose it, eating differently, best workouts to tighten the stomach, arms, trim my back up and my thighs? Thank-you :)

Um I’d start with cardio for the exercise then once you’re used to it you can start involving strength training to tone and tighten wobbly bits. It’s good to eat 6 meals a day but if you can’t make sure you’re having breakfast, lunch and dinner and three snacks throughout the day. Anything from fruit, seeds, raisins, yogurt or a small meal. I always have a big breakfast, average sized lunch and a small carb free dinner because you don’t need the energy over night, and you’ve got the whole day to burn off a big breakfast!
