Anonymous said: i am the queen of binging and snacking on junk food. any recommendations on how to stop this habit? any recommendations on any healthy snacks that i can replace chocolate, chips, ice cream, and crackers for something healthier? please provide as much healthy snacks as possible thanks xxx
I am a binge queen too…. I will list loads of things to have at home for when feel to snack…….
Fresh fruit and veg, raw nuts, raw seeds, oat cakes, rice cakes, peanut butter, go ahead bars, snack bags of popcorn, ham, yogurt, raisins, cook off some chicken so you can nibble when you fancy some, frozen yogurt etc etc. I learnt that the best way to beat snacking is to eat a lot more wholesome foods at meal times and drink loads of water. Sometimes you snack because you’re thirsty and your body mistakes that for hunger. Also keep yourself busy. Go for a walk, see some friends, paint your nails, have a bath, read a book, do some drawing. Anything to keep your mind occupied you won’t remember what snacking is haha. X
Anonymous said: what do you usually eat for breakfast? i'm trying to go on a diet by eating healthy and exercising, but the thing about me is that i hate fruits. i'm trying to replace sugary cereal with oatmeal. but oatmeal is so bland and plain. what can i eat oatmeal with rather than fruits?
I love love love branflakes, all bran and fruit and fibre. they help keep you full and help with your morning poo haha. I think oats are lovely too… make them with milk, chop up a banana and add some cinnamon or a bit of honey. You could try adding some jam too although that’s a bit sugary. maybe try it with peanut butter? You’ve got yoghurt and you can add granola to make them more filling. Eggs - scrambled, poached, boiled or try an omelette. There’s online recipes for healthy pancakes too. Replace bacon for ham, keep bacon as a nice treat. Try avoiding bread but eat wholemeal if you need to… it’s lovely with peanut butter. There are a lot of options, hope this helps x
Anonymous said: i have a tremendous amount of belly fat and fat on my thighs. how do i lose them and make them flat or toned? i attempted sit ups, and just doing about 10 already exhaust me. what routines do you suggest? also, any suggestion for toning/getting rid of jiggly fat under one's arms. thankss
Sit ups don’t get rid of belly fat I’m afraid :( the only thing you can really do is lots of cardio and healthy eating. Fill yourself up on wholegrains, low-fat proteins and vegetables! I suffer from chunky thigh syndrome too and they are always the last place to lose weight but I found that strengthening them helped hem firm up and looked a much nicer shape! Squats and lunges are brilliant and if you’re a gym member there’s other bits of equipment you can use too. For your arms you could try doing some bicep curls and stuff but overall body fat will be lost through a healthy diet and plenty of cardio … go until you feel like you can’t and then keep going. You can always do one more minute, lap or rep.
Anonymous said: what can i eat for a healthy quick breakfast, but will also give me energy?
Depends how quick it needs to be?? Bowl of branflakes or porridge and a banana. Or a couple of slices of wholemeal toast with peanut butter and a banana. I think bananas are the best breakfast fruit because I’m pretty sure they’re supposed to give you the most energy. Plus they help you with your morning poo x

I think it’s good to do a lot of research into it on your own, but if you want it then get it. As long as you do it for you.
