Depends how quick it needs to be?? Bowl of branflakes or porridge and a banana. Or a couple of slices of wholemeal toast with peanut butter and a banana. I think bananas are the best breakfast fruit because I’m pretty sure they’re supposed to give you the most energy. Plus they help you with your morning poo x

I’ve decided there’s no way I want to be skinny! I don’t even want a thigh gap anymore I’d just love to be tight and toned and strong. My thighs are fat at the moment and they’ll never be skinny so I might as well use what I’ve got and turn that into something sexier like muscle. I’m desperate to quite smoking because I want my fitness levels to reach the highest they can reach! Feeling positive today.

It depends what equipment you have. Dumbbell/barbell curls are probably the most common thing to do. Use a small weight (4-6kg possibly) and try 3-4 sets of 15-17 reps. If you start using a higher weight and lower the reps that’s when you’ll start building muscle. It depends whether you want to ‘tone’ or build up :)

myhealthyandhappylife asked: Awesome blog! In 38 days I'm leaving to Capetown for 7 months. I did lose 22 pounds in the last year. I really want to lose another 15 pounds. I'm from Holland (excuse my English) summer is almost here. When I'm in South-Africa in July it's winter and summer's there in November(moretime) Do you have any tips? How much do you workout? I do 2 times bodypump & CX works a week. 1,5hour kickfun and fitness at least once. I'm trying to eat as clean as I can but I just won't lose weight anymore..:(

Hey!! Well done on losing all that weight, that’s amazing. 15 lbs in 38 days is about 3lbs a week isn’t it, which isn’t too unhealthy. It depends on what your weight is now though! Sometimes when your body is so used to the exercise and eating you’re doing you can reach a stage where you need to mix up your work out even more. Your body will get used to the calories you’re burning off and it will take longer to get rid of them. Try to add an extra day of exercise or swap one of the fitness things you’re doing with something slightly more hard core! Stuff like your sleep pattern and water intake will effect it too so make sure you’re sleeping well and drinking enough! Don’t cut out any meals, calories are a GOOD THING as long as they’re from the right foods. Your body uses calories as energy so if you’re eating enough food you’ve got more energy to work harder in the gym and then burn off more than you would have before :)
